Microwave Drying Machine
1. Introduction
The microwave drying machine is used to dry and sterilizer the materials, such as teas,herbs,
flowers, fruit and so on. Microwave belongs to electromagnetic waves with 1mm-1m
wavelength which is generated by magnetrons under the force of eletric and magnetic. Water molecule is polar molecule for microwave. It will change its polarity and friction motion cause by the
effect of high speed change of high frequency electromagnetic field. Then the microwave electromagnetic
energy will be changed to heat energy, and achieve the purpose of drying. The food and water can absorb the
microwave well and heat itself, so the microwave can be used to drying the high water content materials.

It’s mainly used in food drying, sterilization, food vacuum drying, fruit and vegetable drying field.
