1. Description:

Corn Flakes Processing Line is a continuous and economical process with an easily controlled production cycle. The use of a fivelayers roaster in cereal flakes production allows to change Cook conditions in function of different raw materials, in order to make the line quite versatile and capable to give final products the best blister effect.

2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients

3. Products: Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder

4. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h

1. Pack: The product will be packed into wooden case, then into containers.

2. transportation: According to what the buyer's requirement, we provide tranLDort agent, buyer pay the tranLDer fee.

The machinery will be vered from factory during 20 worldLDs after receive the buyer's advance payment.

11.quality guarantee

The quality of equipment will be guaranteed for one year based on correct operation of buyer.

12.Testing & training

The plant layout desity, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be reLDonsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, and US$30/LD per person for the pocket money to our technicians.
