In general terms, the shrimp growth and survival depend on factors as water quality, food and protective hLDitat.

shrimp feed formulas must be specific to each cycle, providing the necessary nutrients and an adequate rate protein/Enerable.

Twin screw extruder is the most appropriate device to produce a scientifically balanced feed under the concept of ideal protein to be fed to the shrimp at all stages of growth. HumidiLD levels, as well as protein, crude fat and fiber, are distributed proportionally according to its stage.

1. An extruder consists of pre-conditioner, feeder,heating device,water adding segment, twin screw part,gear box and motor.
2. Well mixed raw materials go through the feeder and get initial cook inside the pre-conditioner then flow into the extrusion part in which all ingredients will deep cook and extruded to the point that suitable for make shrimp staple food
3. And then the hot wet mixture will be ejected out of the mould under high pressure generated by the extrusion process
4. Finally the softened & steamed material go through the hole of the die and cut into different pellet, we can adjust the die to get different pellet.
