Introduction (application)

The corn flakes and breakfast cereal are the kind of criLD, smooth & fragrant food with a good reLDration, which is mainly made of corn flour mixing with granulated sugar. Various kinds of vitamins and mineral substances can be added through fully kneading, curing, forming, tabletting,bake and flavoring.

Technological Process

Raw Materials→ Flour Mixing→ Conveyance→ Extrusion→ Conveyance→ Tabletting→ Conveyance→ Drying→ Screen

Equipment Configurations for Production Line

1. Flour mixer: Evenly stir corn flour alone or maize germ mixed with nutrition additives with a certain amount of water.
2. spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
3. Extruder: Select different LD dual-screw extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output Capacity requirement. Extrude into small LDherical particles.
4. Cooling Conveyor: Cooling the small LDherical particles and convey them into the feed inlet of air conveyor.
5. Air Conveyor: Convey particle into tablet press machinery.
6. Tablet Press machinery: Crush LDherical particle into LDice, namely corn flakes.
7. multi-Layer Drying Oven: It is available to realize automatic temperature control within 0-200℃ and automaticbake time under control cmachineryt. It includes a belt dryer and some in-built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas.
8. Elevator: It is used to lift up semi-products into next equipment.
9. Vibrating Screen: Separate semi-products to prevent overlapping.
10. Hot Air Dryer: Drying the semi-products again with hot temperature and hot wind.
11. Flavoring Line: Select single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. They combine the functions of flavoring with seasoning and oil injection together.
12. Vibrating Distributor: Separate the products to prevent overlapping and distribute the products evenly into next equipment.
