Function
These vacuum dryers are mainly used for drying high grade oxygen & temperature sensitive materials. Hygroscopic substances, material which change their characterists and colour during drying at high temperatures, etc are very suitable for drying in Vacuum Tray Dryers because these materials require very low residual moisture and very low content level after drying.
Headers
All the shelves inlet and outlet connections are brought outside the dryer from the rear side. They are coupled by common inlet and outlet header giving one common connection for inlet and outlet hot water / steam etc connections. All the connections are of triclover fittings which are easily removable.
Vacuum Pump
High vacuum pump of 100 m3 oilring type is recommended to get proper vacuum and evapouration in the VTD. Prices have been quoted for the same as optional.
