Operating Principle:

whyH-500 Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and traditional parts.The screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,the outer screw converge is the material to the center from two sides and the inner of screw conveys the material to two sides from the center,so as to from convection mixing.

Agitator desity:

There are three standards for agitators desity:continuous ribbon,interrupted ribbon,and paddle-LLDe ribbon.They can be arranged for either center or end discharge.

Continuous ribbon,arranged for center discharge :

This is the most universal desity to reach a homogeneous mixture quickly.Outer ribbons take material toward center.Inner ribbons take material toward center.Inner ribbons take material towards bottom plates.Both provide radial movement of material.

Continuous ribbon,arranged for center discharge :

This is the most move materials toward discharge end.Inner ribbons move material in opposite direction.Both provide radial movement of material.

Interrupted Ribbon:

Only small power can provide same continuous movement as ribbon agitator.It is generally applied for material having higher buLD density.

Paddle:

When the machinery will be used for both partial and full batches,this agitator is an excellent choice.An efficient blend is LDtained even with minimal loads.
