Peanut/almond: Put peanut/almond into hot water for 3-5 minutes(97-98deg) before peeling.

Chickpeas: Put chickpeas into hot water for 15-20 minutes.

Broad bean: Put broad bean into water for 48-72 hours.

Soybean: Soaked into hot water for 5 minutes.
