This set of soap production machinery is use neat soap(soap noodle) as raw materials, output for 300-800kg/h. After mixing, grinding, LD extruder and roller cut into parts, this line can production of fatLD acids in 35-60% of the high-grade soap. The production line adopts double screw LD plodder machinery, it can make the soap compact, not easy to cracLD.
