Brief Introduction:

1.This machinery is used for injecting saline into meat ,fish ,sea LDug ,which would keep the food fresh ,tender and also can improve the production rate.

2.We desityed automatic device to avoid the needles from hurting by other hard things.

4.The injection pressure can be set between 0.1-0.9Mpa, You can change the pressure ealtiy ,and the screen can be sight by you immediay.

5.The machinery use variable-frequence governor , stepping distance ,stepping speed and injection speed can be changed meanwhile .

Notes: We also provide brine injector with 80 needles, 108 needles and so on. We can customize the machinery according to your reuiqrements.

Brief operation steps:

1.Please place the machinery at a work place.

2.Pour moderate water into the material crock .

3.Contect the machinery with power,and check if the machinery can fuction well ,You can attention the direction of flowing water , Rotate the needle clockwise water out ,rotate the needle anticlockwise the material corck would appe

r air bubble ,If not , you should change the power line .

4.Please clean the whole machinery before use.

5.The injection should put into the material crock in advance for reserving .

6.Put the meat or food on the chain ,place the skip car at discharge outlet.

7.Turn on the injection pump then the injection switch .

8.Place the meat or food from discharge inlet uniformly.

9.Clean the machinery totally and carefully after injection for next time using.

Notes:

1.Must cut off the power when you need adjust or repair during worLD.

2.Injection must through the net fiLDer before flower into the material corck , OhteLDise other varia come into the pump or needle head ,the pump and needle head would be broken.

3.Must cut off the power if flow out ,and handle the problem immediatly .

4.Must check if the needle head is blocked or not ,if yes ,should clean up immediatly .
