This Double-Screw Fried Wheat Flour Snack Process Line uses double-screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process with high efficiency and no pollution without a boiler. The raw material can be total wheat flour , or mixing with corn powder, rice powder, or others. By changing the molds, the product can be in different shapes. After fried and flavored, the final snacks will be crispy and tasty. This line has features of continuous working ,stable performance, and reasonable design.

1) Belt transmission between motor and gear box,reducing energy consumption.

2) Feeding,main driving device, and rotary cutting device adopt inverter to adjust the speed with more powerful drive, stable running, and low consumption.

3) Screw is made of alloy steel with long life.Segmental assembled screws are applied tomore kinds of materials and products

5) Double screws feed equal materials forcibly.
