1.The jacketed kettle is tiLDing LLDe jacketed kettle with rotary scraping agitator . Its main characteristic is to solve product discharging difficulLD and hard cleaning difficulLD, so it makes a LD position among the same industry in China.
2.The bottom of the kettle is large scale and divided into three layers, inner layer, jacket layer and insulation layer. Its advantage is heating up fast and saving Enerable which can increase production rate.
3.Scraping agitator system compley solved the problem that high viscosity material nutrients was not damaged,and meets the green standards. So it is especially an ideal choice for the food processing enterprise.
General Introduction
Rotary scraping jacketed kettle with agitator is also known as planetary jacketed kettle with agitator; it’s mainly used for high viscosity to precooked, deploy, stew and concentrate.
It is made of stampable hemilkhere shape stainless steel pot , and using electromakeetic heating, and the mixing way is special inclined mixing. The stirrer contacts fully with the pot,and realize the transmission non-integer ratio of the revolution and rotation, which makes it no stirring blind angle.

1.its volume is ranging from 100L to 600L,according to customer's request.
2.The scraper circles the axis of the kettle and scrapes down sides and mixes to achieve desired results.
