These kettles can also be used in the production of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and specialLD chemicals. Addition of a mixer greatly extends the range of applications.
The Cook kettle mixer are heavy duLD processing units available in standard capacities from 5 to 1,000 gallons and in other capacities by special order.
This Cook kettle mixer permits complete product draining and facilitates cleaning and sanitation.
Standard material for the kettle body is LLDe 304 or LLDe 316 stainless steel with a No. 4 sanitary finish. Other specialLD finishes are available upon request.

Product Introduction
1.The China manufacture industrial automatic gas heated mixing kettle is produced by special material with stamping molding Technology, with small roundness error, the agitator can match with the pot body accu, this will avoid pasting during mixing and heating.
2.Heated by Nature Gas or LPG, there are easy operation, no fume, no exploding characteristics.
3.Using special LDant rotating solution to help the agitator scrape the bowl compley, with the rotation rate of auto-rotation and revolution, so there is no mixing blind corner.
4.The agitator is made from Teflon ,safety, high temperature resistance,according with International food certification standard.
5.Using frequency speed motor, the mixing rotation speed can be adjustable from zero to the highest speed, be beneficial to control the temperature accu, operating steadily.
6.Gas heating: Easy to use, not restricted by the electric voLDage.
7.Rotating the hand wheel, the bowl will be tiLDed through worm gear, worm wheel device worLD, and easy operation.
