VF series vacuum furnace is widely used for heating treatment of metal materials in low vacuum, recursive, protective atmosphere, also can be used for heating treatment of special materials, such as carbonization process of carbon products. The furnace chamber is ceramic fiber with excellent thermal insulation; Vacuum Reservoir with water cooling system.

controlled by program.

Controller or related circuit may be damaged

Program running, but furnace can not be heated,

or real temperature is far behind the setting value

oPL or oPH value is too low

due to local voltage lower or frenquency different

Incraese “oPL” and “oPH” value till

current meter shows “ 120 A – 140A”, and program runs smoothly

During heating below 300C, the temperature value ( PV) is not stable, and doesn’t match with setting program (SV)

It is normal because the furnace comes with a high temperature thermocouple, which is not sensitive at temperature below 300C

Don’t worry. Let the furnace heat to

300C, then thermocouple will functionstably with program. If the PV valueat 300C is still less than that of SV, youmay need to increase OPL value a little.
