High performance bottom loading furnace with competitive price
BLF series furnace is available from working temperature 800℃ to 1500℃. Furnace chamber size is customizable. The characteristics include:
1).Big yield capacity and high productivity, especially used for heating treatment of small or medium products;
2).PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired thruster with 51 steps programmable, to ensure uniform furnace temperature;
3).Loading from bottom, it’s convenient and easy.

4. Trouble shooting for typical Problems

It is normal because the furnace comes with a high temperature thermocouple, which is not sensitive at temperature below 300C |
Don’t worry. Let the furnace heat to 300C, then thermocouple will functionstably with program. If the PV valueat 300C is still less than that of SV, youmay need to increase OPL value a little. |
