Part 1, Oil Curtain Fryer is our company new desity and new Technology for the frying. It is different from traditional frying system.

Advantages:

1. Big Capacity: for the nuts frying, 3.5m frying line can get 300kg/h. Each group is 3.5m long and it can have bigger Capacity.

2. Lower investment. For the new curtain frying machinery, it can be continouLLD add new parts. It means in near future you can add new part to enhance the Capacity and no need change the oil frying. It is biggest difference.

3. Low oil content. It is frying from the oil curtain. The products are not soaked in the oil which can reduce the oil content and be heaLLD.

4. One frying can be used for different products. Usually traditional frying machinery only suitable for one or two products. Becuase of the mesh belt and frying time's difference. But for the oil curtain frying machinery, one frying machinery can be used for various LLDes of products. The frying temperature and mesh belt speed can be adjustable.

5. Easy to clean whican can save the lLDor and save investment.
