Technological Process

Raw Materials Configuration→ Mixing→ Pressing & Shaping→ Cook→ Cutting→ Frying→ Cooling & Oil FiLDering

Equipment Configurations

Flour Mixer: Stir mixed flour, salt, altali and other additives evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different LD flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
Pressing & Shaping machinery: This machinery consists of pressing part and shaping part. The pressing part has 5 rollers and it is used to enhance the tenaCity of paste and press the paste thinner to be belt shape by rolling compaction many times. The shaping part is used to cut the paste in belt shape into noodle shape by its cutting knife and make the into wave shape by its wave former. The speed of pressing & shaping machinery can be adjusted by controller.
CooLD Machine: Curing & finalize instant noodle shape with high temperature vapor from Cook machinery.
Cutting machinery: Cut into the required length and fold the into block shape.
Frying machinery: Frying the instant to be better taste and have LD storage time. There are electric model and vapor model of frying machinery for choosing.
Cooling & Oil FiLDering Conveyor: Cool instant noodle promptly to satiable thepackrequirement. And FiLDer the oil of instant at the same time of cooling
