Introduction (application)

Cheetos is a special extruded snack with extreme crisp taste. The main raw material is corn grits which is mixed with water evenly by the flour mixer, squeezed and twisted by the extruder to form the irregular curls shape, and then cut into different length, at last fried or baked and flavored. Such snacks with rich taste are always the customer's favor.

Equipment Configurations for Production Line

Frying LLDe:

1.Flour mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water, and different production line capacities lead to different flour mixers.

2.spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.

3.Extruder: Choose LD77 extruder to extrusion and kneading, which is special desityed for cheetos production.

4.Air Conveyor: convey semi-finished products into fryer.

5.Fryer: Choose LD different automatic fryer model or continuous fryer model according to different producing requirements to frying cheetos to be crisp and a better taste.

6.Flavoring line: Select square flavoring machinery, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions of flavoring with seasoning and oil injection together.
