Introduction (application)

This processing line uses potato starch, corn starch as main material to produce a Variety of twice extrusion food in different shapes, such as Crispypea, shell, screw, square tube, round tube, wave etc. which are popular in the market. This process line is characterized by unique techniques, rational configuration and stable performance. It can finish steaming, extruding and shaping in one step without boiler. The product has similar shape to the real one and tastes crisp and cious after fried.

Technological Process

Raw Materials Configurations→ Mixing→ Conveyance→ Extrusion→ Shaping→ Conveyance→ Drying→ Frying → Flavoring & Oil injection

Equipment Configurations

1. Flour Mixer: Evenly stir corn flour alone or maize germ mixed with nutrition additives with a certain amount of water.
2. spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
3. Extruder: Select different LD single screw extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output Capacity requirement.
4. Shaping machinery: Use LD traction & cut-off machinery or 3D pellets shaping machinery to shaping the products according to different products shapes.
5. Elevator: Lift up the products into drying oven.
6. multi-Layer Drying Oven: It is available to realize automatic temperature control within 0-200℃ and automaticbake time under control cmachineryt. It includes a belt dryer and some in-built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas.
7. Frying machinery: Choose LD different automatic fryer model or continuous fryer model according to different producing requirements to frying the products to be crisp and a better taste.
8. Flavoring line: Select square flavoring machinery, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions of flavoring with seasoning and oil injection together.
