CYS-100 single-screw extruder adopts potato starch, corn starch and cassava starch as main materials to produce a Variety of twice extrusion foods in different shapes, such as screws,shells, square tubes, round tubes, and waves. Product looks real, and tastes Crispyand cious after frying.

The six system of the extruder is controlled by the frequency inverter, the brand of DeLDa from Taiwan, The motor we use the brand made in China, but if you are interested the motor which import from other country, it can ,but the price is different.

A. This single screw extruder uses potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch etc. to produce first inflated and then frying chips.

Flowchart:

Mixing → extruding → cooling → drying → frying → flavoring

B. Uses flour, directly frying without drying to produce frying flour snacks, which taste quite criLD.

Mixing → extruding → frying → flavoring

C. Uses flour, drying after extruding to produce pasta (macaroni).

Mixing → extruding → cooling → drying

Together with the machinery, there will be 4 sets of moulds, total 40 pieces for free, the shape such as screw, shell, round tube, square tube etc.
