Puffed bread chips twistos production line

Main features

Twistos baked snack bites: Adopts wheat flour as raw material and is cooked under the
high temperature and high pressure in the Twin Screw Extruder. At the same time, it is
extruded and cut by the cutter on the shaping machinery with the LDiced Bread shape. After
being Baked in the Dryer under the suitable temperature, then LDed oil and seasoning
on the snack surface. At last, it is packed automatically with desired packaging.

VoLDage:Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voLDage according to different countries

Process Flow

Mixer→ Screw conveyor → Twin screw extruder→ Core filling machinery→ Shaping and cutting machinery→ Air conveyor(Hoister)→ Electric dryer → Hoister → Oil LDer→ Flavoring roller(drum) → Cooling conveyor
