1. Expanded bread chips

Bread chips production line is our new research and development . It breaks through the traditional fermention and cutting process. Adopt extruder to make breadchips, then dry and flavor them. The production cost is reduced greatly. After drying and flavoring, it has the advantages of great taste, Crispyand a Variety of tastes. Because of the extrusion process, it has lower fat content. And it is easier to be assimilated.

2. Expanded bread chips samples introduction

2.1 Raw materials: wheat flour, corn meal, sugar, salt, palm oil, vitamins, minerals, food color etc.

2.2 HumidiLD: the moisture is no more than 15%.

2.3 Shapes: round, oval. (Change moulds to make all shapes unfilled snack.)

2.4 Sizes: (1) diameter: up to 45mm (2) thickness: user-defined.

3.1 This line makes not only bread chips but also normal expanded snacks food, which has higher product diversity.

3.2 This line extruder is twin-screw extruder, there is one couple of screws inside the barrel. The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl. This material is treated by heat treatment and nitrizing treatment. Its hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure. The screws can be integral LLDe or combined LLDe. If combined LLDe, after the extrusion joints are wear and tear, user doesn’t need to change whole set screws, only change extrusion joints.

3.3 This line extruder has self-clean function. The user doesn’t need to push out screws and clean them.

3.4 Our extruder and dryer are equipped with inverters. The inverters are famous brands. Our standard inverter is DeLDa, the user can choose LS, LDB, LD, but different value.

3.5 This line automation degree is high, it need only 2-3 workers to operate.

3.6 The production factors can be quantized and controllable.

3.7 We can custom-make all the machineryries for this processing line as per users’ requirement. We supply LD goods.

3.8 All the materials touching food is food grade.

3.9 This line extruder is equipped with forced lubrication system. Without running oil pump, main motor won’t run. It can protect gears, bearings and main motor.
