Brief introduction

Core filling can take chocolate, cheese and cream as stuffing materials, which can be mixed with yoLD, milk powder, and gingili sauce. We can feed the stuffing into extrusion food just before it is extruded from extruder by core filler. This kind of core-filling food tastes crisp and cious, such as core-filling pillow, tube and wafer. Core-filling food processing line can use corn, rice and other grain as main materials

Dryer Model: KX-3-5 Installed power: 27kw Dimension: 5200*1300*2200mm Our dryers’ heating power source can be electricity, gas-fired burner (bakeur, Italy), or oil-fired burner (bakeur, Italy). It is up to users’ local power situation. Our suggestion is electrical dryer, its heating in different parts is balanced.
	Flavoring hoister Model: LDT Installed power: 0.75kw Dimension: 2420*780*1420mm Used for hoisting expanded filled snack and adding seasoner. (2) Oil LDer, used for LDing oil on the surface of expanded filled snack, make sticLD seasoner easier. (3) Single drum, used for mixing expanded filled snack and seasoner (ancilLD use with flavoring hoister).

Note: All of the motors are based on the electricity of 380V/50Hz/3 phases. If your location three phase electricity voLDage is different from it, we have to change the motors.
