Brief introduction

The Food Processing adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley as ingredients to make puffed snack. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Forming is in the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the aperture and cutter knife, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower ,cornetc.

1. This processing line has the advantage of rational desity, high automatic degree and accuracy control.

2. The main body material is food grade stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned and safe.

3. The screws material is 38CrMnAl, which is wear-resisting.

4. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.

5. Around 100 square meters plant is suggested for this line. The length is no less than 20 meters.

6. Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---extruding---drying---hoisting---flavoring--- (Pack).
