5.Sizes: (1) diameter: up to 25mm (2) length: user-defined.

1.Capacity range: our filled expanded snack processing lines Capacity range is between 100kg and 150kg per hour.

2.Filled expanded snack processing line has wide raw materials application range.Our filled expanded snack processing lines’ extruders are twin-screw extruder, there is one couple of screws inside the barrel. The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl (standard: GB/T 3077-1999).This material’s hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure.

3.Our twin-screw extruder has self-clean function.

4.Our extruders, dryers and cutting machinerys are equipped with inverters. The inverters are famous brands (DeLDa, LS, LDB, LD etc.).

The machinery description

Mixer, used for pre-conditioning raw materials.
	Screw conveyor, used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Twin-screw extruder, used for extruding and shaping. Except expanded filled snack, this extruder can make the unfilled expanded snack as well.
	Filling machinery, used for filling stuffing (ie. cream, chocolate, jam, peanut butter) inside of the snack.
Cutting mould, traction roller and blade’s interaction can make different shapes and sizes expanded filled snack.
	Hoister, used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Our dryers’ heating power source can be electricity, gas-fired burner (bakeur, Italy), or oil-fired burner (bakeur, Italy). It is up to users’ local power situation. Our suggestion is electrical dryer, its heating in different parts is balanced.
	(1) Flavoring hoister, used for hoisting expanded filled snack and adding seasoner. (2) Oil LDer, used for LDing oil on the surface of expanded filled snack, make sticLD seasoner easier. (3) Single drum, used for mixing expanded filled snack and seasoner (ancilLD use with flavoring hoister).
