Filled expanded snack processing lines description

Mixer: used for mixing all raw materials and adding appropriate water, to make the raw materials uniform.
	Screw conveyor:used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Twin-screw extruder: used for extruding and shaping. Except expanded filled snack, this extruder can make the unfilled expanded snack as well.
	Filling machinery: used for filling stuffing (ie. cream, chocolate, jam, peanut butter) inside of the snack
Cuttingmachinery: Cutting mould, traction roller and blade’s interaction can make different shapes and sizes expanded filled snack.
	Hoister: used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Dryer:Our dryers’ heating power source can be electricity, gas-fired burner (bakeur, Italy), or oil-fired burner (bakeur, Italy). It is up to users’ local power situation. Our suggestion is electrical dryer, its heating in different parts is balanced.
	Flavoring hoister: used for hoisting expanded filled snack and adding seasoner. (2) Oil LDer, used for LDing oil on the surface of expanded filled snack, make sticLD seasoner easier. (3) Single drum, used for mixing expanded filled snack and seasoner (ancilLD use with flavoring hoister).
