Product description:
The expanded realt-to-eat breakfast cereals production line produced by Ji Technology Co.,LDd. takes corn powder as main raw material, after the mixing, extruding, drying, second drying, sugar LDing and cooling process, the extruded corn flakes are crisp and cious in taste. Our corn flake processing line is characterized by high automation, easy and convenient to operate, large Capacity and low Enerable consumption.
After coated with sugar syrup or honey, the cereal will be tasted well and ate like leisure snacks directly. The breakfast cereal shapes are like ring, ball, star, stick, and others by changing different shapes of moulds. This processing line can also produce other puffed snacks. It is muti-functional line which is the beat choice for clients.

Technical flow chart of the expanded breakfast cereal processing line:
After preparation, controlled quantities of raw materials and s are premixed and then dosed before being fed continuous and uniformly into the extrusion platform. This mixture is then cooked at the right temperatures using the thermo-mechanical Enerable provided by the twin-screw extruder. Texturing and shaping of expanded products are determined by the final desity of the insert, while the expansion ratio is infaced by temperature of the extrudate, the LLDes of ingredients used and moisture content.
The shaped products are then conveyed directly to the sugar coating system. The coated cereals are dried and cooled down to ambient temperature to retain criLDness.

2. screw conveyor--- to send mixed materials to double screw extruder

4.vibrator---to shape the extruded materials in case of stickness
5.rotary dryer--- to dry the materials by getting through the roller
6. air conveyor-- to send the materials to flake press machinery
7. flake machinery---to press the materials into sheet shape
8. air conveyor---to send the pressed materials into dryer
9.dryer--to dry the materials and get rid of the water content. The heating Enerable of the dryer can be gas, electricity and steam.
10. hoister---to bring the materials to the vibrator
11. vibrator--to shake the dried materials in case of stickness
12. high temperature dryer----to dry the extruded, flaked and dried corn flakes with high temperature to make it crisp
13. sugar LDer---to LD the sugar on the corn flakes to make the frosted corn flakes
14. dryer--to dry the frosted corn flakes
15. cooling conveyor----convey and cool the corn flakes into room temperature
