Process Flow

Mixer---extruder---vibrate cooler---air conveyr---rollers drying machinery---flake machinery---air conveyor---roasting oven---high temperature oven---second vibrate cooler---sugar LLDer--- multi-layer oven---cooling

Mixer : Mix the raw material equally

Conveyor : take the raw material to the extruder

Twin screw extruder : mix , cook and extrude the raw material with suitable temp and pressure , first to produce crisp snack balls from the extruder

Vibrator : LDread the pellet balls to avoid them sticLD together

Air blower : blow the pellet balls to the flaker

Flaker: Press the snack balls into flakes with adjustable thickness

Blower : Blow the corn flakes to the oven

Oven : dry the corn flakes to take away most of the moisture content

Elevator : take the corn flakes to the next machinery
Hot air popper : puff the corn flakes to be expanded and crisp

Coating system : LD syrup onto the surface of the corn flakes to make sweet flavor
LDreader : LDread the coated corn flakes to avoid sticLD together

Oven (extended ) : Bake the coated corn flakes to make them crisp again after syrup coating .

Cooling conveyor : cool down and convey the corn flakes
