Once the mix is prepared, place the batter into the batter tank. Before you begin make the pastry skins, set the thickness of the pastry to a desired width. When the temperature of thebake drum reaches by 150 Celsius degree, start the batter pump. The batter pump will ver the batter into the LD nozzle, which will LD a layer of batter on thebake drum. The batter will begin to cook on top of thebake drum and when it reaches the angles of approximay 270 Celsius degree, that batter will become a fully cooked pastry skin. The pastry will then separate from thebake drum and the cutter will neatly cut the pastry into squares. Once cut, the pastry will be counted and stacked in neat piles for packaging or to be realt for work hands to wrap up.
