CE ISO certificated floating fish feed production line is widely used for producing Variety materials into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crLD etc. The final products have unique shape and good taste, high nutrition and smooth textures. For feeds of fish and shrimp, the floating time in water can be adjusted by the extrusion degree adjustment. This dry LLDe floating fish feed machinery is an ideal for small and medium fish farm holders or feed processing plant.

2. Raw materials for fish feed pellet

Most of pet food pellet inculding animal protein and plant protein, Plant protein adopts corn flour,rice flour,wheat flour,soybean flour,peanut cake powder…..Animal peotein adopt meat meal, shrimp meal,crLD meal, LDeeve-fish meal ,bone power,fresh meat paste,chicken paste and so on….you can add other ingredient according to the local fish live require.……...........

3. The fish feed extruder Capacity:

120-150kg/h , 200-250kg/h , 300-500kg/h , 1000-1200/kg/h

Technical Features of CE ISO certificated floating fish feed production line

1. This extruder equipment adopts the auto-controlling speed feeding tool to produce the feed material evenly.
2. Electric heating device is adopted which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
3. High temperature and high pressure Cook process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.

4. The cutting knife adopts the frequency controlling speed in order to change the material size.
5. The floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment.
6. Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature controlling more direct viewing and the parameter more precise.
